10月16日，德国欧洲应用科技大学校长莫里茨·范·鲁伊恩来校交流访问。银河国际平台（中国）官方网站理事长姜波博士、副校长刘越莲教授、国际校长李华教授、国际交流中心主任王鹏与来宾座谈交流，并举行签约仪式。
On October 16,Maurits van Rooijen, President ofUniversity of Europe for Applied Sciences(EU), Germany, came to our university for an exchange visit. Dr. Jiang Bo, chairman of the board of XPHU, Prof. Liu Yuelian, vice president ofXPHU,Prof. Richard-Li Hua, international president ofXPHU, and Grace Wang , director of the international exchange center, had a discussion and exchange with the guest and held a signing ceremony.

姜理事长对莫里茨·范·鲁伊恩表示欢迎。他向来宾介绍了培华的办学历史、专业设置、国际交流、校企合作等情况，希望两校在AI驱动下的教育等方面通过线上线下相结合的方式合作交流。同时，姜波理事长提出“科学 民主 自由 公平 创新”方针，希望整合两校教育教学资源，产业资源与技术创新资源，共同塑造产教融合新形态。此外，理事长强调两校愿景共享，思想共鸣，强调两校都拥有创新与产教融合基因。理事长表示，期待加强同德国欧洲应用科技大学在教育和教学，科研和创新领域，产教融合方面，与师生交换与交流方面的务实合作。并通过两校之间的合作，促进中德两国之间中小企业的合作，创新与培训和技术创新能力的提升。
Dr. Jiang Bo welcomed Maurits van Rooijen. He introduced the history of Peihua, its professional settings, international exchanges, and school-enterprise cooperation to the guest, and hoped that the two schools would cooperate and exchange in AI-driven education and other aspects through the combination of online and offline. At the same time, Dr. Jiang Bo put forward the policy of “Science, Democracy, Freedom, Equity and Innovation”, hoping to integrate the education and teaching resources, industrial resources and technological innovation resources of the two universities, and jointly shape a new form of industry-teaching integration. In addition, Dr. Jiang Bo emphasized that the two universities share the same vision and ideas, and that both universities possess the genes of innovation and integration of industry and education. Dr. Jiang Bo said that he is looking forward to strengthening practical cooperation with theUniversity of Europe for Applied Sciencesin the fields of education and teaching, scientific research and innovation, industry-teaching fusion, as well as the exchange of teachers and students. Through the cooperation between the two universities, the cooperation between SMEs in China and Germany will be promoted, as well as innovation, training and technological innovation.

莫里茨·范·鲁伊恩校长对学校的邀请表示感谢，他介绍了德国欧洲应用科技大学的概况，并表示在全球化的时代，学校要为培养适应全球化的人才做好充分准备。莫里茨·范·鲁伊恩校长对于培华的悠久历史和辉煌的创校史表示敬佩，对于理事长的高瞻远瞩，对于全球高等教育面临的机遇与挑战，和对于高等教育未来的把控非常认同。两校都拥有创新与产教融合的强大基因，期待通过双方的务实合作与学校的国际化，促进品牌建设，促进学术实力的增强，促进软实力和内涵的提升。鲁伊恩校长十分重视国际化，创新创业与产教融合，他提出“创新是学校使命”，并表示十分期待两校全方位和深层次务实合作。
President Maurits van Rooijen thanked the university for the invitation, introduced the overview of University of Europe for Applied Sciences, and said that in the era of globalization, the university has to be well-prepared for cultivating talents adapted to globalization. 会后，莫里茨·范·鲁伊恩校长走访了传媒与设计学院并与学生互动。李华国际校长与学生亲切交谈，鼓励学生积极参与国际交流与合作，常常到培华英语角交朋友，拓宽国际视野，提升自己的综合能力。
After the meeting, PresidentMaurits van Rooijenvisited the School ofMediaand Design and interacted with students.Prof. Richard-Li Huatalked with the students and encouraged them to actively participate in international exchanges and cooperation, often go to Peihua English Corner to make friends, broaden their international horizons and enhance their comprehensive abilities.

李华校长向同学们强调了英语的重要性，他表示在全球化时代，作为传媒学院的学生，更应该要学好英语，并有义务有责任用英语讲好中国故事。
Prof. Richard-Li Hua stressed the importance of English to the students, saying that in the era of globalisation, as students of the School of Media and Design, they should have a better understanding of English and have the obligation and responsibility to tell China's story in English.
